Got my order sooner than I figured I would, so that was nice. The tracking was kinda slow to update here and there, but the shipping itself was totally fine.

I was bummed with this. It looked really cute in the pics, but once I got it, the fabric felt thin and kinda scratchy. After just one wear, it already looked beat up, and the seams didn’t seem like they’d hold up for long. For the price, I expected way better. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

Maybe I’m being impatient, but the replies were slow, and I had to follow up twice before anything actually started moving. I did get my money back eventually, so I guess it worked out, but it took longer than I expected. Not a total nightmare or anything, just frustrating enough that I’m wondering if anyone else had the same experience.

They did answer my question eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but I think other customers would probably appreciate quicker replies or at least some updates while waiting. Overall, not terrible, just room for improvement.

I don’t know, the design just feels a little off to me. Maybe they were going for a more modern look or something, but it’s not really my style...

The return instructions were easy enough to follow, and I got updates along the way without needing to email anyone. It took a few days, but nothing annoying. So far though, no loose stitching, no weird scuffs, and nothing has started falling apart. I’m still kind of waiting for something to go wrong, but for now it feels sturdier than I thought it would.
